All our embroidery work is done in-house which takes out the middle man and gives you complete control of your order with us.
OUR BRAND OF SHIRTS AND SWEATSHIRTS
- – We use Gildan T-shirts.
- – We use Gildan Crewnecks.
If you’d like a different brand we can definitely accommodate and send you a quote for that specific brand.
THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND EMBROIDERED DESIGNS
- – Computer software translates the design into a “stitch-able” form, then separates the colors for different thread applications. We can digitize most designs for embroidering.
- – We use special, polyester embroidery thread, which is much tougher than cotton thread, and it maintains vibrant color through laundering and sun exposure.
CONVERTING ART FOR EMBROIDERY
For orders of fewer than 25 apparel items, there is an initial digitizing fee of $20 per logo. Employee names are not considered a design, so there will be no charge for including them. You can send your logo in SVG, PNG, or JPEG format, and we will digitize it for you. This fee only applies to your first order with a new logo; subsequent orders using the same logo will not incur the digitizing fee. If you already have a digitized file of your logo, it should be in .DST or .PES format, and you won’t be charged the digitizing fee.

Pretty much anything made of fabric can be embroidered, but the most popular products are polo shirts, jackets, and t shirts.

COMMON ISSUES TO AVOID IN YOUR DESIGN FOR EMBROIDERY:
Small Text: Text should be no smaller than .35″ in height and have a minimum thickness of .07″. If your logo has a thin font, we may need to thicken the embroidery design to ensure the best quality product.
DESIGN PLACEMENT:
Were you wanting the design to be placed? Middle of the shirt or the corner? If doing multiple designs on one shirt there will be a $3 hooping fee added per shirt with multiple designs.
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF APPAREL?
If you would like to choose a different brand of apparel, we can send you a website you can choose from, and we will send you a quote in accordance with that brand.
