Every item is embroidered to order in Maize, Kansas and shipped with USPS.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Production time
Because each piece is made after you order, it needs time on the embroidery machine before it ships. Production time varies with the season and order volume. If you need your order by a certain date, please tell us before you order (see Rush orders below).
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (USPS Ground Advantage).
- $5 flat rate on orders under $75 (USPS Ground Advantage).
- USPS Priority Mail at the rate shown at checkout, for faster delivery.

Rush orders
Need it by a date? Choose Priority Mail at checkout and send us a messagewith the date you need it by. We’ll do everything we can to get it to you in time, and we’ll let you know if we can’t.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped we can’t change where it’s going.
Delivery problems
Once your package is in the care of USPS, delivery issues need to be raised with your local post office, and the tracking details in your shipping email will help them find it. If something has gone wrong, please also contact usand we’ll help however we can.
Sales tax
Where sales tax applies, it’s calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout.
