These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Lucky Finn Designs. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item can’t be made or a price was listed in error). If we do, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid in full.
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken by our payment processor, Square, when you place your order.
Made to order
- Every item is embroidered after you order. Small variations in placement, stitching and color from the photos are a normal part of handmade work, and screens show colors differently.
- On some designs we adjust thread color for contrast against the garment color you choose (for example, lighter thread on darker apparel). We do this at our discretion, only when needed.
- Personalization is embroidered exactly as you enter it, so please check spelling and capitalization. Longer names stitch smaller to fit the design.
Custom orders and your artwork
If you send us a logo, design or other artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any design. Quotes are estimates until we confirm the order.
Our designs
The designs, photos and text on this website belong to Lucky Finn Designs and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Some designs are fan-inspired tributes to books, films, teams and artists. Lucky Finn Designs is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those creators or rights holders.
Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site. That means no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to systems you aren’t authorized to use, or use it for anything unlawful. Links to other websites (such as our Etsy shop or social media) are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.
Shipping, returns and order problems
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and order problems by Returns & Exchanges.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Kansas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
